Brilliant video again just Awesome 😎. I can’t believe out of you all no one had a spanner to fit a back wheel very bad planning 😂 not like you Bruce to ride around on fumes 🤔 but Bruce I’m so disappointed 15c and your feeling the cold what’s happened to that Norsk- Scottish blood I would’ve let you off with anything under 4c 😂 looks fantastic and the suspense brilliant trip just away to watch part 6 👍👍👍👍👍
My wife and I with a few close friends are coming to the Picos from Canada in May 2023. Thanks for indicating the routes to take. We have been to Spain on one occasion and all the riding was in the south so this is really looking amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Great watching these videos I'm a old Staffordshire biker living in Asturias the middle of all these (stonking)roads. your always welcome to pop in for a brew,
Nice one fella, used that fuel station a few times and the restaurant behind it! Great bike the the MT10 but doesn't have enough fuel range. If you don't, you need to tell your punters to prep there bike before the trip, loose chain geez! and I thought I saw somebody in full leathers on a GSA! seen it all now 😂 Stay safe and yes after all this virus crap you could move to Spain?
Bruce, I'm going to use these words, simply brilliant !!!! What a fantastic video ,cracking scenery, cracking music, cracking riding, say no more, keep the vids rolling and get us through these tough times,I'm looking forward to riding with you one day soon 👊👊👊
The minute you said chain, I knew it was going to be the XR, had a nightmare with mine in Europe last year. The stock chains are garbage. Great vids tho Bruce. Really need to get over to the picos.
Don’t know why but I enjoyed the re hashed series better than the original, we were fortunate in that we just got through the road works on the 625 before they closed on our trip, and the 621 is awesome as you well know. Keep’em coming Bro
Love your videos Bruce. Stumbled upon your channel a few years ago and been watching your content since. And I don't even own a bike! Owned a 50cc scooter some years back but I don't like to brag about that too much!! Keep it up and the best of luck to you for the future.
Hi Bruce,Had hoped to keep this series for the expected "Lockdown" but like a child with a sweet in the table....just could not resist the temptation.....and I Just hope there are about 10 more episodes at least. Was lucky enough to spend 10 glorious days riding in the Picos, and recognise a few of your roads travelled.Stay safe
Ha! That road was shut last June, like you a long but enjoyable detour, thanks for this just had to cancel our this year visit due to ongoing crisis, so living it through these vids at the moment, here's hoping we'll be back
Thanks bud, aye we’ll get back there for sure, just hope it’s at some point this year. Uncertain times just now, I’m not a religious man but must admit I’m holding out for a miracle. Stay safe 👍
@@teapotone It sure is, when you compare it with some of those roads through France that just appear to go through tens of empty villages! then you hit Spain, and the vibe and the people are so different. shame they're getting it rough at the moment. stay safe mate.
Another great video Bruce , keeping me going in times of shutdown whilst praying that the corona virus will be a distant memory by August. Meant to be staying in the Hotel Presa this year again, it was a great base for the Picos, although I spent a couple of nights in Sotres as well. By the way Riaño is pronounced "Reeanyo", just saying :-)
Great job Bruce - keep them coming - I’d organised a group that (in theory) are going to the Picos for the first time in June on the back of Catalan GP, but clearly that’s almost certainly not going to happen, so your rider’s eye views are the next best thing! 👍
Thanks bud, glad you’re enjoying them. Aye I’m due back there at the end of May for the first trip of 2020 but that’s not happening I think realistically. It will pass eventually and we’ll be back in those glorious roads again 😉👍
Just enjoy it bud, it’s meant to be a holiday so just enjoy yourself. You’ve got nothing to be worried about, just ride within your own limits, stop often for pics and coffees, and just enjoy the time you have there
in my sublime virus isolation I may be getting to involved in your videos mate, on one of those bends I fell off my chair and spilt my rice crispies, I'm back in the saddle now and catching you up
Another good video. We had few days thru Picos in October. Potes, Leon, Salamanca. Very nice towns. The views on Picos from Pores in unreal. But please, please lower the music.
Great video Bruce!! Thanks for filming, editing and posting. It broke my heart to cancel our Picos trip last week but what can you do. I will ride it vicariously through you.
Thanks bud, yeah I’m clinging on to the faint hope that our end of May Pico’s trip May be some miracle still happen, but will have to make the decision by the end of the week whether to cancel the ferries or not 😔 Stay safe 👍
Hi Steve, I bought the SW-motech ION 3 tank bag. It’s expensive but I’ve loved it, got loads of room and you can run a power lead from a 12v port on your bike into the tank bag via a weatherproof port. It also uses a tank ring system so the bag sits up off the bodywork, meaning you don’t get any scratches on your paintwork 👍
what a thriller, almost running out of fuel in inconvenient places. Happened to me once...in a tunnel, whit no service lane and two up. Thanks to momentum made it out of there, scary as shit though 🤣 Bruce, am sorry but the boxer engine noise is horrible, its like it has a valve knock or something. Exhaust note on the other hand is fine 😉
Brilliant coverage as always Teapot, I did most of these roads last year. Stayed in Llanes as a base and went into the Pico's everyday for a week. Cant beat Spain for stunning roads, scenery and the Spanish are always brilliant too.Look forward to the next part, did you go to 'Bear Point' and then down to the 'Dear Point' after?....
Oh mate, you've obviously ridden past it on the way to the Deer Point, wish I could send you some pics, stunning views from up there! Take care fella, hopefully things will start getting back to some normality soon!!
Apologies again for delaying the day with chain issues! If only you'd all used the time wisely to fill up with fuel.. ;) Only joking - I did a few miles with 0 range showing at the end! Another belting day Bruce. One way or another, we're going back this year. Up yours, COVID-19!

Mate it’s a very weird job - at times I absolutely loved it, at others I despised the very core of the organisation. I still respect what it stands for, I just don’t agree with where it’s going or what it appears to value as priorities at present. That said, in times like this we need them and without men and woman who are prepared to do the job, we’d literally be in chaos. Can’t wait for this to be over so we can all enjoy life again 😉👍
