    Oh, please make videos, holding our hand and telling us when we should be doing things like seedlings and things like that through the growing seasons Many of your vegetable pics, have to be done by seeds And I would hate to have to miss the window of opportunity to start them for the next season. New to growing in Florida

      You’ve got it, Michelle! I’m definitely going to keep holding your hand to make sure you have a great ball vegetable garden start. Make sure you have your seeds by mid July. I know I’ll be starting mine later that month.

    My niece gave me your Wild Floridian planner this past Christmas and it has been a GAME CHANGER. Between that and your videos I’m coming to understand why I have struggled so with classic veggies - I live in FLORIDA 😅. Please make some videos showing us your seed starting process. I have learned so much and am looking forward to starting veggie seeds at the right time for FL for the first time in 9 years! 😂

    Is it too early to start our seedlings inside for our fall garden? When do they get transplanted out into the garden. It's still hot in Aug, Sept, Oct? I'm new to florida and this will be my first fall garden.

    Where have you been all my life!!
    I was always interested in gardening but never had success with it, except the only one ripped tomato that the birds ate. What a game changer once I found your channel, so much information to consider while gardening, I had no idea. Thank you for all you do! And I’m staying for all those upcoming videos 😊

    I'm so tired of spending so much time on watering. I'll be glad when we start getting some more rain. Then I'll take my break before the fall here in Florida.

      Drip irrigation is a go to for me in southeast louisiana. And a timer. It reduced my water bill and it saves me hours and a sore back.

      @@esmysyield2023 That's a great idea, I wish I could set that up but my garden is a bit of a hodge podge of beds, buckets and grow bags. I don't think it would work. It would save me a lot of time that's for sure. Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate the advice.

    I'm definitely composting in place. One year it was rabbit manure with each cleaning. This summer will be chicken coop cleaning and dumping kitchen scraps. Thx.

    Ha, ha, ha, I decided to be adventurous and picked up a pack of tomatillo seeds a little while back. Now they are growing like crazy and I have no idea what to use them for. I suppose I’ll figure it out but as of now, kinda funny. 0:06

    Have you ever had issues with rabbits? I have my veggie garden back in a fenced yard and something has been chomping on my veggies when they get close to ripening. I noticed a little dug out spot in my fence line too.

    • @WildFloridian
      @WildFloridian  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, we have totally had issues with rabbits before. Mr. rabbit ate peppers in my yard and Mr. Cliffs yard. But since I have Ms. Shiloh, Mr. rabbit has been scarce to be seen. But, from time to time Mr. armadillo visits and digs a ton of holes.

      Melons and Tomatoes are super susceptible to splitting if there is too much water.
