I've got the FFV3M FWD car, and it's awesome. I raced it last night at my local club for the first time, didn't do all that well, but that was more down to my lack of driving skill. And it's a shame that the T3M has been discontinued, maybe they've got something new in the works....
That would depend on the motor and esc combined with the gearing … if you can gear it up enough and fit enough battery power in it anything is possible … speed runs not really our thing although we did do a budget speed run video a few years back …
@@PopalongRC Do you think the belts would last or melt AliExpress has them cheap with a carbon fiber upgrade till the and of the month .After 35 years got back into rcs.
It is always good to have spares and when cars are pushed to the limits they are as strong as the weakest link. With racing we tend to break front uprights and drive shafts. You are likely to wear the driveshafts and cups Tyres might explode if not glued enough. We did a project with the FTX Vantage
@@PopalongRC That was a good speed run . With my wltoys 124016 with a castle sidewinder 4 and a 5700 kv and 35$ 2200mah 3s battery from amazon I hitting 70 mph easy.
I've been trying to understand this car (and brand) a bit more as I am interested in one. It seems to be a collaboration between 3 different companies (SNRC, MTS, Team Powers). Is that correct? Is it an SNRC car with Team powers upgraders? I noticed I can find the SNRC R3 Pro on ebay, but there is no explanation on how it might differ from the T3M etc. I went to the Team Powers website but it doesnt really explain that either! Can you help to explain this a bit more ?
Getting this car from team powers uk it is a combination. At the time of purchase the cheapest way to get the car we wanted was the cheap r3 then upgrade to t3m chassis and then low profile shock towers I believe the more recent version is a simpler way of getting the same results.
Wow, I'm seeing these at a little bit over 100 euros with free shipping from Ailexpress to my country! Do you recommend it to an absolute beginner to racing? are the antiroll bars available for it and can I fit parts from other brands? I heard that sometimes these types of cars are copied from other Brands.
Check out the series of videos we have done on these cars For a beginner it is an affordable car to get you started. Running in a 17.5 turn class it will do well
Hmm nice and cheap. But what about spare parts in long therm? I know when i buy older Sworkz, Serpent or Xray, from the second hand for same price like this new, i will have support worldwide many years. Sometime decade. I can not imagine, order parts after training or race and wait two weeks or longer for them. Thats reason why, people stuck with favourite brand and pay little bit more. Because of support. But maybe im wrong in this case and this brand has worldwide support.

Cheers Milan … see you track side soon
Teampowers and SNRC share the same platform?
Have you seen the snrc r2-g 1/10 car yet . If you have do think it could do 100 mph .

@@PopalongRC that's a shame, going to be placing an order.
Maybe not, out of stock.....
So in the US if you’re interested in ordering team powers, and the upgrades and all the extra parts who do we order from
Unfortunately not sure who run US market… Facebook groups are a good place to start as there will be people who can point you in the right direction
Have you re-uploaded this? Could have sworn I watched it earlier?!
had a few complaints about music so took the music off and re-uploaded sorry if you watched it twice
Just watched your video it's brilliant nice car what sort of gearing you going to run on it 😀😉
We have opted for 48dp and will tweak gearing according to the track we are running on

What this space ….
;)
Why did you get the cheaper model then upgrade it? Why not just go for the better model?
Initially we were going to run the basic chassis then do a vid on the upgrades. But ended up running the upgraded car anyway.
That’s a lot of car for £110 😮
Its a great car👍
Mark has been out competing so higher spec cars so it is looking good
