I think she ment going to bed in that time. Going to bed before midnight is a game changer! If i go to bed after midnight i won't feel rested, no matter how many hours i slept!

Normally your videos would be more detailed and helpful, but this time I saw that it was just a generalised video for an add. I didn’t find this video helpful at all. It wasn’t like your typical videos.

I took melatonin for awhile but I really want to try falling asleep naturally so maybe these tips you have will help! I always struggle with my sleep in the winter time and seasonal depression! My husband, daughter, and I have been doing a breathing meditation every night for about a week now and my 11 year old has commented on how fast she falls asleep after we do it. I love that we are building a healthy habit for her and helping calm her brain before bed.

I've had mine for about 2 years now and I really enjoy it but I found that it started to sag a little and I'm thinking I should have paired it with a box spring when I first got it. Sleep between 10-12pm makes you feel the most rested and it is the deepest sleep. Critical to feeling well rested
10-12pm sounds like a nap? If you need a nap you’re not getting enough sleep. Maybe you meant 10pm to 12am 🕛 💤 ❤
