The 100 sims videos were good, and were what got me onto Grays channel, but I feel that he has done enough sims vids, and his channel is on a new phase. Though this phase is still Amazong!!
Do we have Gray lore now? Because in the last gta board, Alex blew up the planet and it was left a lava pit. And here we are with lava pits

Good to see some continuity here. After the last board nuked Los Santos and turned everything into lava, here we see Alex putting that lava to use.

So I have an idea for one of GTA challenges. The one thing that Gray has been able to trust are checkpoints. I want that trust broken.
Fake checkpoints, that do nothing. Teleporter checkpoints, that bring him back to the beginning. Evil checkpoints, that ruin the run by spawning at an uncontinueable place. One time checkpoint, that teleports back, forces to repeat the course, but is gone the second time around. Lastly, maybe invisible checkpoints, just to give him a break when he least expects it.
I want him to question every single checkpoint for the rest of his life.

I really wish we would've seen GTA5's HUD so every time Gray falls into the lava, we'd see the health bar drop faster than his will to live
If I was Alex and co, I'd booby trap 'cheat' areas and the booby traps would have a bit of a delay to lure Grey into a sense of victory. Like, you can drive around the edge, but it triggers an instant fail state just ahead. Or like, you can jump around a section, but doing triggers an invisible dead end tube to spawn around the section. Or like, you can parkour along wall ride sections (as Grey has tried several times), but that surface is surrounded by invisible walls that let you go almost to the end/checkpoint... but it's a total dead end with a invisible blocker. So you could cheat and think you're outsmarting the gang, but really, you're just wasting time.
It would be great if Gray would do challenges like this in BeamNG! It would be a lot of fun for us, and even more pain for Gray!
Well, if he's interested in returning to BeamNG and would have someone to make him the challenges, definitely! Plus, I can imagine Gray's reactions to just how messed up the cars would end up compared to GTA V, since BeamNG has much more complex destruction physics system xd
@@LugiDergX My BeamNG map making skills are a bit rusty, because I created the American Road map a long time ago, but it could be interesting to not only watch Gray's pain, but inflicting it.
@@Actus94 I wonder if BeamNG allows for things like windmills. I know lava is possible, but can't help but wonder what crazy GTA board parts are possible to recreate, like all the obstacles. For myself, I have to admit though, I never really watched Gray's BeamNG content but it's kinda sad seeing he doesn't seem to have much interest in it anymore, and his last video from that was like at least 4-5 years ago or so. I would definitely watch crazy boards but BeamNG style inspired from GTA if he were to retun and have that though.

I'll keep asking for (specially) Alex and Danny, or even Nick, or other level creators, to look at Gray's playlist of both "the Sims 4" and "Species". So they either by just looking at the title or outcome in the video, use it as inspiration to make maps to torture Gray the same way he tortured his Sims and Species.

They didn't put proper lava into GTA V so I guess Alex just gave the water a lava texture and programmed it to set you on fire. You can still clearly see that it's just weird water, but the effects are legit enough. Not a bad solution.
Also, I am slightly colorblind ("redblind", but I actually can see red, I just don't see it as clearly as other people), so sometimes the lava in the video looks neon toxic-waste green to me. Most of the time I see it as red and yellow though.

8:45 - I don't know how fire works in GTA, but I've played other games where fire (and certain weapons) add 'heat' and when you heat exceeds a certain level you catch on fire.
Each item cools at different rates and can withstand different heat before igniting.
If GTA has something similar it would explain why you have trouble predicting the ignition point/location.
I'm surprised Alex didn't include a fire truck.
