What about women like me who‘ve had short cycles (21 days or less) for decades, and suffer from PMS or PMDD almost all the time? I am on my period, suffer from physical pain for around 5 days, then have like 2 or 3 „good“ days just to enter the lutial phase again and hate mankind for the next 2 weeks … and repeat! No gyn ever understood nor helped me. Not only do I hate it myself, also my relationships get wrecked by that. The pill did not do the trick for me, I‘ve tried multiple times. Had to become 49 to get my ADHD diagnosis … these meds help a little bit, but I am really looking forward to menopause. Hoping less fluctuation means less stress … 😎
You just described my cycle to a "T"... I also only get 2 or 3 good days as well :/ And I'm only 27!!! But instead of dreading the aging process, I'm also looking forward to menopause LOL I really hope you get some relief soon! And if you discover something that helps please share if you could :)
Omg u just described my life ! 😩 iam 39 and been going through this since I was 15 yrs of age. My adhd medication as arrived this afternoon. I will start my course tomorrow . Super nervous due to reading mixed reviews about adhd medication as well as worried it may make my pmdd symptoms worse. I’ve recently had to reach out to a hormone clinic and get them checked. Waiting on the results . I cannot live like this no more 😩 I feel like I maybe getting done where with now being prescribed medication for adhd and managing to save up and seek help at the hormone clinic but I feel so overwhelmed and currently going through the worse pmdd 😩 I hope all ladies reading this get the help and the support they need. I truly understand your struggles . ❤
I have both adhd and PMDD
Strattera and effexor together basically took away my pmdd by 85 percent!

Thanks for the short form. Now you just have to divide the long rambling videos into manageable bite-sized videos.
