Very welcome! Trying to get back out to the water as soon as possible thanks for checking it out. They just released tons of catfish in there I believe last weekend.
I used to fish there when I was younger. Wish the city would make an initiative to stock Woodlawn and Elmendorf Park with trout like they do for SS Lions and Millers Pond.
@@RequiemJr Same I used to fish there when I was a kid. Thought I’d go back a check it out. That would be awesome if the city would do that for the park. There’s tons of catfish, bass, carp and tilapia to catch for fun. But I think the trout die fast. They really need to clean the bottom of the lake like they did in the 80’s. Thanks for checking it out.
@@BrawnyCal Thanks Bro! I hooked a carp on a rooster tail at Woodlawn. I believe it’s on my story on Instagram. There were people catching catfish next to me also so fishing must be really good right now there. Fishing wood lawn is probably once a year for me.
Great content always putting me on ! thank you

Good job and keep on fishing! 🐟
😊 excellent 👌
What’s the best time for there?
In the mornings and evenings is the best. 8 am and 4:30 pm are the best times.

stupid question, but are the fish even safe to eat? From that lake?
@@blinddiecast No, I wouldn’t! Not the cleanest body of water in San Antonio.
Nice
I used to take girlfriends there in the 70s.
@@garygarza9074 I did in the 90’s 😆
