Y not increase avg speed of lhb coaches to avg 80 kmph if they r capable of 160kmph in the first place hope the railways minister will take a decision to raise avg speeds of trains ie start2finish to 80 for lhb rakes as both coaches, rakes, signalling, tracks,locos and LPs, r capable only v want the capability of railways minister that he can raise his capability to raise the train speeds so that the public doesn't have to suffer and tracks r kept clear from congestion for other trains
