TTGL is such an epic journey. It's one of my favorite of all time and it's really hard to find something that can help show it's name. You my friend have somehow managed to get to that level of awesomeness to relay it to others in such a cool way. I seriously got all chocked up(because I realized how much I missed this anime.) I'm so glad I found another talented AMV maker and I'm definitely SUBBING.
It's odd, for a mech anime, it wasn't too overwhelming in the mech department, but it was extremely moving in the emotional parts though. We need more anime like this, the ones that change people, and leave a serious impact in those who watch it, engraving it's morals and stories permanently to those who bear witness. Easily one of the best anime in, not only mine, but a mind blowing amount of others opinions as well.

this is completely beautiful to look at whenever I watched this anime, I did it on the computer, and at some times the video would have such bad quality that I couldn't make out at all what was happening on the screen it was just a blur of pixels. When I watched this I was completely amazed of how it looked it was so glorious to watch and i had no idea how absolutely beautiful anime can be. And you did a superb job with the editing, even with the occassional lip-syncing parts (those seem like they'd be rather difficult since I hardly ever see them done this well). It wasn't until I matured enough to be able to look past the silly suits and the outlandish characters that I realized how important Gurren Lagann was, not only as an anime, but as a show and a work of art. It's one of the few shows that has moved me to tears. I had to stop for a few minutes to just sit there and recollect my thoughts after I watched Simon and Kamina speak one last time.

Just saw this at NYCC, and felt it should have gotten Best Action there. Then I saw that you're also the person behind the Prelude to Dreams AMV, so now I understand why it's so good. Very enjoyable, and certainly fits the show. I can't wait to see what else you do.
I saw this at AAC after the Masq and it was wonderful! I'm so so glad that they went to get a laptop to play it without lagging, because it's an amazing AMV and it deserved a good quality playthrough (as well as the Best Action prize!)

This is a great AMV, sad to say for me. I saw it entered in Anime Vegas 2011 AMV Contest (I'm entered up against you, under Diamond Eyes) and honestly, I just kinda had this moment of 'Wow. I'm not going to win.' This is such a great video, with some great editing and song choice.
