    19 October 2019 I joined with my military Land Rover 109' a classic vehicle army show in Grou, the Netherlands. The show was organised by 'Burger Beschermings Museum - Grou'.

    Very awesome to see all those old beast rolling, DAF does bring out the dutch pride in me :) are all these vehicles privately owned? Must cost a fortune to keep some of these monsters in working order.

      Yeah, all the DAF's were owned by private owners. All of them were also running on petrol, so imagine the cost to drive from location to locating, Especially the big recovery truck!
      All with all it was a great day and glad I could capture some footage of the rare moments when the trucks were in full operation. All the best, Jan :)

      The M38a1's were former Dutch army Jeep's. Better known as the 'NEKAF'. The Dutch army had a lot of them back in the days.
