I was glad I could just capture it. Before I clicked start it was much closer and was running ahead of me for quite a while. One thing I love about the route is although it all seems close to busy areas the wildlife is great. That was the third deer on the loop, and even in the quiet forests of Wales I am lucky to see that many in a year.
Thanks Pritch. HT550 is always a consideration, but I have another routes that I am hoping to do as well so not sure when it might fit in. The Badger Divide looks good too.

It is incredibly comfortable. It would be fine for bikepacking assuming you don't need to mount back on the forks.

This attempt was on the Seigla. It was perfect for the route and wider tyres appreciated over the Ridgeway.
