Udr mechanic ne aise e kia tensioner ko screwdriver se press kia 2 dfa chain bhr tight ho gay mje kehta k yeh aisa e hota hai m kaha thek hai But usne baad jo mje issue sbse bra aya wo yebt ha k bike starting m bhttt zyada dely or lmba self lene lg gyi even thndi bike start ni hoti thi. Jis wja se m bht preshan rha. Phir dubara udr gay to hdr jo senior thy unho ne ise lose kr k thek kr k dia to tb ja k mera msla.thek hua.

The logical reason is that, the chain is stretched , and or the slides in which chain is sitting are worn, putting a harder tensioner might lessen the noise but it will break the chain 1 day, and chain break means seizing of engine. A streatched chain gives wrong ignition timing, increasing fuel consumption, harder starts lack of power Chain must be changed along with the tensioner and the slides. Yamaha engineers know what they made. Every chain has a lifetime and it must be changed when it expires

I think you didn't get the idea of tensioner. all tensioner needs to work in one direction. the difference is, what I m recommending is continuous and smooth but the stock one is discrete which is not good

Asalamualikum brother I have new ybz dx 1000 km driven. I have one problem that on double sawari and low rpm engine does knocking when try to pickup speed. At high rpm or at single sawari it does not happen. Can you please guide what the issue can be. I got it checked from yamaha service centre, they said your fuel is not good, although i am getting petrol filled from best company operated station in city.
mostly happens from a bad fuel, other than this are you sure its a knocking (could be any other mechanical sound). if its a knocking than your engine may be caught in carbon thats what causing it

sure bro, take some snapshots while u disassemble the older one and follow the orignal scheme of wiring, if controls are not being replaced, trust me its v ez once u start doing it. ps i'll plan a meet up with ma boys stay tuned
