Oh and I saw only other commented mentioned it, but these are actually inspired by the Matrix films. The blue and red pills on the heels can be cut away to reveal a green 1s and 0s pattern underneath. Pretty sick
@@SeanGo this is actually a matrix themed shoe. Red or blue pill. The Alice in wonderland theme is some last minute decision I believe, legal issues or something.
Got these when they first came out and they’ve seen some miles. Just ordered the off white sail Suede pair. Love the quality and styling from this brand. (And of course that it’s less well known)
I almost grabbed these when they first came out but kind of forgot a out them. Came across tonight and they were half price so got them for $125AUD! I'm stoked about that. I haven't really been keeping up with Saucony but they Shadow 6000 seems to be their "R698". So many colourways! I'll be paying more attention now 🙂 Oh and I'm glad I watched this as the sizing is a bit wonky on this model it seems! I went TTS but I'll double check if I buy more
I've heard that the white rabbit is a reference to jefferson airplanes song white rabbit. . and that why the box has a psychadelic look to it. and also a reference to the matrix white rabbit and thats where the red and blue pills came into play. I think these shoes also released around the time the last matrix film released. whether these are matrix shoes or not, is of no importance. these shoes came out dope.
