Spain 100% deserves the trophy.

In the first 15 mins there should be 3 cards already for Germany's dangerous play, he only given 1. First half should of ended with 10 man Germany, due to the extremely harsh tackles they performed, but that didnt happen. Anthony only given Spain some slack towards the end of the game, which if i recall correctly last 10 mins.
