On the cottage door is there a way to make a lighter wax? Can you put dark really lightly then white on top more heavy then wipe off? I’d love to see a reverse version so it’s lighter. I don’t know how but y’all could do it cuz your amazing! 😊
I’m so happy for the mushroom moulds!! I searched Amazon last summer for mushroom moulds and found some. But when I got them they were so tiny!!, lol. They work for very small details but I’m happy to see the IOD ones. Yay!!

Just wondering if you clean your finds before painting? After seeing the stickers still on your red lacey piece I was curious.
Usually. I’m the worst at it when I’m in a hurry. I just swiped at these and didn’t pay close enough attention.
I love it when you apply either the dark or white wax and the details come out, it’s very satisfying!
I love the mushroom planter. I’m going to make that for sure. I didn’t buy the door molds but NOW I may change my mind.
The doors have so much detail. Like if someone wanted they could paint them up crazy cool.
It’s funny to me that as much as Jami doesn’t like grapes I don’t like mushrooms. 🤣😂 I had my fill of them back in the 70’s. 😊

Paint it weathered wood and do white wax.

We let them dry and then use wax or liquid top coat over the top

Yes, the clear cast is same strength but takes 24 hours to set up.
