Very Cool! Fun to watch! - - and your cinematography went way up! Nice shooting and editing!
I did the editing but the quality of the footage is because of Tony’s wife being a dedicated camera person. She does a great job with it and they have a nicer camera than I do
I am always filming by myself
@@RockhillfarmYT ahhhhhh…. I thought you might have gotten a new camera! Well the editing and content was +A
Great Video Brock, A couple good ole country boys.😎😎
Yes sir
Great video men. Tony is very easy to listen to. Calm, smooth style. Great tips and knowledge shared. I’m glad I went with a 30” mill. Like Tony said, really not much more $$, but the extra capability and horsepower is very nice at times.
I agree. Tony is awesome
i like watching both of your guys youtube channels . Tony made me buy a TYM 474 cab tractor. Im loving it!!
Tony is a great guy, and in tomorrows video I get to operate his Tractor
Really enjoyed this video.
Thanks
Awesome sauce. Really Really enjoy you and Tony working together. Yall are tie for my #1 on my subs list. I wish I could hang with yall for a day lol but that dang job on nagging lol. If you hang out with Tony much longer you wind-up with some red tractors lol. Have a good one Brock.
Still 2 more videos to come from my trip to Tony’s house
It was a great trip
@@RockhillfarmYT I'm jealous lol.
We know that it takes a lot to plan a great video, and its especially tough to line up a guest to share with us. Kudos. Your work is entertaining and appreciated. Hope all is well with your family.
I really appreciate the kind words
Thank you
This is a fun collaboration! I enjoy both channels
Thanks
Hi just watched the replay nicely done
Thanks
At the end of the day, you'll know you did something after sawing up a few of those logs! Very rewarding though.
Exactly
Hi, just hit that like button too
Thanks
Good work Brock and Tony. 👍 Soooo Brock, after cutting that log do you still want a mill??
Yes
I use a set of forks on my tractor loading and unloading logs on the mill. Much easier than a grapple, especially for turning the log.
Putting a strap around the log cinched at the bottom and a loop around the forks seems like a good way to turn the logs
Thanks for watching
Put a grapple on your forks
This makes me want one that turns the logs I think. It's nice but I'm getting older and less Patient & strong.
Ordering the mill with a hydraulic log turning system is very expensive but some people have suggested I could accomplish it with a house Jack modified for turning logs
Thanks for watching
@@RockhillfarmYT I've seen them with this hand crank that helps , I know if I used my grapple forks I would eventually mess up my sawmill. My one friend Troy from redtool house TH-camer like yourself, has a northwoods sawmill and he used these grapples hanging off his bucket that works for him. Well great job , looks like u 2 are having fun. Todd 🤪, almost commented on cutting chainsaw pants in your last video but u don't have any 😂
👍👍
Thanks for watching
Just curious, did Tony think the 10 degree blade work better than the 7 he usually cuts with on the hardwood. I have a sawmill on order and will be cutting mostly hard wood so I'm wondering what blades I should get.
He was telling me that one works better on softwoods and the other was better on hardwoods but I can’t remember which one was which
Might be a better question to ask on one of his videos just so I don’t tell you the wrong thing
@@RockhillfarmYT ok thank you, I will go over to his channel. Will he be putting out a similar video with you like this one. If so I will wait to ask when that comes out.
Brock looking to buy a sawmill
I am. I’ve always wanted one but I think I’m gonna make it happen this fall or winter
