I tried this last night and it does work believe me it does, for months now I have had a lot of pain in My lower back and shoulders but this morning I woke up with no pain at all. Maybe it's because I'm a HSP (sensitive) & empath, it seems Your voice is louder than the music & I wake up. I tried this last night, not really sure what happened in my dream, I only remember seeing a large amount of money in my bank account and jumped out my sleep. Can’t remember anything else from the dream but the money. But this is literally the first time that I ever had a dream about money. I will continue on daily until I meet a better version of myself

Would it be possible to never heat kameltoes commercials when coming to one of your meditations.
I tried it but the speaking kept going for so long I began to fall asleep and the instant jolt awake when you began to speak again. I don't think I met with mine cause I don't remember any dreams

Slow down please. Speak more slowly. I had to give up as this wasn’t at all conducive to the meditation.
The speaking part that is so much louder than the music with long pauses between them are not helpful. Once the speaking began I was wide awake and irritated. Nice voice but to loud compared to the music. Once I’m awake I have to fight to get back to sleep and don’t trust this meditation to not wake me up again and again. Not helpful.
