While a generating shorturl we getting the backend url/shortcode
it is possible to get the frontend url/ shortcode

I don't know the purpose of Re-render Container Component because if you give a dependency of useefect as data(the data that you set in usestate before),every funtion that change the data will make the useefect re-render.
I saw another course do it too,is there any error if we use data as a dependency of useefect in the future
