This seat sucks. The seating position is so awkwardly placed and the seat is just small. I ordered ultra nova bidet and the seat is way bigger and sits natural and you feel comfortable. Avoid it. I have it. And I hate this.

My 1400 (not cheap) lasted a disappointing 2.5 years. Went to bed with it working fine and when I get up the next morning. .. nothing. No power no anything. What a rip off.
