Palm fruit in my homeland could be eaten in many style.
Actually ripe palm fruit today is fresh so I take it for cake and some for sweet sauce.

Some have these trees the ripe palm fruit odor is very strong . We too make dishes out of it . The cake is awesome but we bake it I just love the cake , we make puris too adding pulp . You have so much around your house.
