Man this map would’ve been better if the trials at the end weren’t so bad for solo players, like forcing you to use gobblegums to get through steps like drone escort is absurd
Try using the mark 3’s portal effect for it if you don’t have gums. Slows all zombies and doesn’t effect the drone
@@MZC3 drone I had to use undead because they’re sprinters but it almost died to a random drone shocking. A mangler shooting you will end the step. Just trying to focus on anything with the Gorod sprinters always at your back is the main grievance. I rage quit last game because I heard the gersh but never saw him because it’s time limited but he’s always moving in a path I don’t know. Already got to like 22 and didn’t have enough gum to make the steps convenient

Man I’ve done this Easter egg so much but I’ve never seen a guide put together this well that’s this short you got straight to the point and touched on everything needed
As someone who has never done this easter egg and decided to use this guide, this guide is one of the best, its a lot shorter then others, every step was almost explained clearly, every step was covered and also every nice tip that can help with each step was mentioned, this helped me complete the ee, each step was covered in a reasonable amount of time, only thing i wish that was added would be examples on how he did, like him showing us how he did the bomb step, or how he did the valve step, he gave us a good tip but wish he showed us a gameplay example, overall good guide and ill probably rate it a 9.5/10

I’d like to point out I’ve never done it and I’ve been following and it’s caused me to fail the mangler step twice in a row because he doesn’t always spawn at the tank station

@@kalebgaul4963 If the light lands on the Mangler statue, a green-eyed Mangler will spawn somewhere on the map. His first and usual spawn is at Tank Factory, but he could also be at the top of Dept Store or bottom of Supply Depot. When you get close, you'll start hearing audio for him, but I don't know if it's any different from the normal (red-eyed) Manglers. When playing solo, he'll start following you once he has a visual lock on you, but if you're playing co-op, he'll only follow a specific person and only starts moving when they're visible to him. You fail if you don't find him quick enough, if you stay out of his vision too long, or if the person he follows is Downed for too long. You need to flip a round if you fail.
This easter egg is extremely complicated and is usually the last one people need out of all the main Bo3 storyline easter eggs

@@0KUR1-0KAM1 no dude typically many of the zombies TH-camrs get together and run through the maps for hours trying to figure this out as quickly as possible. I remember them doing it for bo3 in a big livestream

Yh there’s a glitch they won’t ever patch lol, you have to have self revive when you face the boss or you’ll instantly down.
I was constantly worried he'd step on me, which gave me Helldivers 1 flashbacks, but it didn't seem like he could crush me. Good to know that I need to stay away from his rockets, though.

@@Optimiist Figures. That sucks. And DEFINITELY gives me Helldivers 1 vibes with all the times that my own turret has downed me trying to kill an enemy behind me, haha. Did you manage to knock it out eventually? This egg really frustrates me, but I'm available on Xbox to help with it. I'm getting pretty familiar with it after 8ish attempts, and teammates make BO3 so much easier.

One thing to note: You don't need to have a Valkyrie shoot the generator. You just need to kill one near it.

I keep getting glitches doing this Easter egg where I pick up the part during the groph moduel and it just doesn't grag, or my manglers look away from me for 2 seconds and Despawn

What’s the best starting weapons for this map?
Man I have been trying this ee for a couple months now and just can not beat it on solo! I can fly through the der eisendrache ee no problem on solo but this one just kicks my ass! I can’t even get to the ending boss fight I don’t have a bunch of time to practice cause I work 40+ hours a week but still usually play every night to try once or twice. The other week when the liquid divinium was having a sale I spent like $25 a got like 300 vials to get a bunch of gobblegum to try and help but still can’t do it even with using mega gobblegum lol. And on DE I have beat it multiple times and only ever use classic gobblegum on that map to me it’s one of the easiest Easter eggs to do solo, not GK though it’s really kicking my ass lol! The 6 challenge steps towards the end is always wear I end up failing any tips would be appreciated too!

Just spent the last 3 hours with my friend doing this egg, got to the final boss fight and we both got killed by Nikolai during the dragon fight. Friendly fire? Really? That’s what ends our game? After 3 hours? Nah. That’s really messed up Treyarch.
You can shoot the egg with any bullet gun to get it to roll down

For the generator step you just need to kill a valkyrie drone near the generator and it will power on

If it's perm and the quick revive revives you dose that mean you can never die
No, quick revive disappears, and since u have 8 perks, i dont think you can get it back without gums

Does the mangler always spawn at tank? I literally went through 3 rounds of trying to get that step done but he never spawned at tank and I kept failing cause I couldn’t find him

For the valve step, I put the correct combination but the cylinder won’t come out and how are you supposed to know how much time you have.
Did you interact with generator? I had to see other video to see there was a prompt to activate it and start the step.
Never mind I was able to do it

I’m still attempting GK EE. Got halfway through challenges and downed.
I dont understand how the bomb step works i usually record the order and then write it down and then when i press the first button i just die
It’s not the first 6 flashes. It flashes 6 locations quickly and that’s just showing you the active spots. It’s the slower second set of flashes that you need to write down

instead of waiting for the dragon to breath fire on the egg just dragon strike it, and u forgot to cover Upgraded sheild, other than that this guide is great
I actually never knew you could dragon strike the egg!?!? But left upgraded shield out as it’s not completely necessary and doesn’t make too much of an impact on the overall run :)
yea i been doing that since release, and the upgrade just allows more damage and 3 more dragon bashes, comes in clutch most of the time

EVERY TIME I GET TO THE MANGLER HE DOES NOT SPAWN IN AND THEN IT FAILS I am on steam pc I think its a glitch I have done 5 runs now and every time it happens I might just hack to get the achievment this is such a joke
Run up to the top of the tank factory and wait. If he’s not there run around the map until you hear him spawn in. I have steam pc version and haven’t run into an issue so I don’t think it’s a glitch.
@MZC3 just ran into that on Xbox, I got to tank factory and nothing spawned failing the challenge, I try again next round wait a few seconds then run over and he just disappeared while running to dragon command. Done trying this Easter egg

Nice Easter egg guide. One problem though. At the boss fight, it appears during the dragon section, you have to avoid Nikolai’s shots at the zombies. At all cost. HOURS OF MU LIFE DOWN THE DRAIN BECUASE OF NIKOLIA I HATE HIM OMG ITS SO SOVER OMG OMG AHHHJJJJJHHHHHDHHDHFJDNJFJJDUEJRJR
