Question: how do you determine where to place the jig on the knife, eg. large sweeping curve (like a skinning knife)? Or a deboning knife? I've watched the Tormek 'How to' videos and refer to the manual, but as a visual learner, was just wondering what you do. Thanks!

I’ll make a quick video for that as my technique is (I think) a bit different to others..
Is there a Reason your using the old obsolote knife jig?
Simply because they still work perfectly for me…
