Not a fan of tart and sour. We have a brewery in town that their saisons are very sour🍻I guess my palate is not that sophisticated 🤣🍻Cheers Brother 🍻
I've loved the saison style from my first one..... which happened to be from Hill.This was a bit more tart and less funky.....I prefer the more funkyCheers squatchy
