@stven007 The 48V was negative when we applied KVL around the loop. When we solve for I, we move the voltages to the other side of the =, which changes their signs. This is why it becomes 48V-30V.
THANK YOU!!
you saved me ;')
Owsm video easy explanation
Thanks!
shouldn't the source signs be alternating
OK, I've been following along through this (great) series, but I'm really baffled now.
Since the batteries are in series, Isn't the sum of the voltage sources actually 78V? (48 + 30)?
Also, can you please clarify something: is that 1.6A the same value at every junction in the series, regardless of individual resistances?
Thanks for these videos.
What would be the practical purpose of connecting two different voltage sources opposing each other (not flowing in the same direction)?
cause cells are connected in opposite to each other say(-+ +-). so to the total voltage get decreased . to add the voltages cell should be arranged in (-+ -+) manner.

Confusing😢shouldnt we take -30v
played this video at 1.25x :)
dude, be a little cheerier lol youre boring me to tears. good video though
+Morgan Costlow very agree
what is the necessity of saying this comment tho? Unnecessarily rude
How do you know if he's cheerful or not? Just appreciate the knowledge being provided my goodness
