This actually helps a little to know what to expect because I actually have the opportunity to do a 2 hour training at a 7-Eleven store, they are asking individuals who are experienced with cashier operations but since I don’t...I get to have a free training just to see if I can fill the role of becoming a “Sales Associate” hopefully I learn to reduce my anxiety and stress because I’m not that good with math...I’m kinda hoping if they let me have my phone 📱 to do math with the calculator app. Mental math 😢 sucks buts it’s needed for a job like this

I feel the same I am retired and need some extra income. I think I will do fine as I worked for years using computers and dealing with customer complaints world wide.. its just money..I always feared making a mistake under stress with multiple customers waiting, gas pumps going, people in the store..from years of being in line, seeing the hustle.. but like everything, repetition makes things better. And now they tell you how much change they have coming.. Confidence grows each day you are learning. good luck!!
I’ll have my training session tmr for a Sales Associate at 7-Eleven too. Hopefully I won’t fucked up. I’ve never had any experience with this kind of job 😟

dont worry Yamile, they all tell you what change to give right on the screen and remember everyone started the same as you did, in no time yoiu will be a pro. You can do it and you will.. repetition makes you confident as you go along.
