I'm not blaming the ref at all, but, in stopping the run of play, the referees whistle must be in line with the hand of the clock. sometimes when the referee blown the whistle with his hand up to stop play, the seconds is still ticking away, and sometimes it chewed up another 5 to 6 seconds before it stops, and this is crucial for a team that wants to pull the game out from the opposing team. Couple of times Fiji won the the games when the clock stops, and a team like Fiji, NZ, SA, Australia and other big teams like England, USA and Samoa can utilise those 6 seconds and win games. Imagine if we are in the final in Rio and down by two points with 6 seconds with ball in our hands, it could be a nightmare or history, so probably the people who are running the show could explain more about this in the future, cause a blunder could ruin the moral of the games totally. The question, the blowing of the whistle, raising of the hands, and stopping the clock, do they go together? Can someone enlighten us with this. ....

If you notice he had called a knock on, with a long arm which should've been a call back to original penalty. But he's a Kiwi so why would he call it back for Fiji.
