Also the biggest myth is Pogba’s inconsistency. Majority of the games he plays in since he was signed he usually is our best player and he does this while playing so deep. At juventus he was so much more advanced, I just don’t understand why ole is playing him as a DM.

The DM thing was Mourihno’s idea and that’s where it started. Yes, OGS has continued to use him in that role but to be fair OGS has also used Pogba as a left winger, a 10 and the left side of a diamond. You can argue OGS doesn’t possess the tactical gift’s to utilize him all the time as an attacking option with the likes of Mc Fred, Matic and the the dynamic duo of Lindesoft and Mc Dire as your defenders. Bottom line ,Pogba has not been played in a position that best utilizes his skill set but he had also failed to rise above it. Pogba isn’t the only footballer who has been a victim of a system or Manager who hasn’t provided him with the best position to shine. He need look no further than his French teammate Kante at Chelsea. The best DM in the world playing in a more advance role . Yet Kante goes about him business, doing his best with no drama.

I hope Pogba leaves United. For his sake and for the sake of football fans. His talents have been waste by United. Apart from that one season under Mourinho where he struck a great partnership with Zlatan, we have not seen the real Pogba at United.

Left midfielder in a 442 is the same position as St.Maximin, but you would never play St.Maximin as a DM even if he was big and tall. And the only reason he played left midfielder and not left winger is so he can have space to run in to. He can dribble far, pass far, shoot far, but he's also good in the opposition box so he shouldn't be too far down since football is about scoring the most goals.
Playing for Juve in the Serie A, where the teams are supposed to be strong defensively. Paul had the audacity to do people dirty like that and run riot. Man is a Don!
Really like Pogba but I think the prem is too much for him. A bit like Veron. Some players arw more suited to other leagues.
