How do they know the cement and aggregate is right you have a guy throwing buckets of water in then two other guys wheelbarrowing the aggregate in.what might look great but how many pretty looking buildings have fell over.

@@LeonWatts-i3v They count and mix these things. For example, they add a bucket of gravel and a bucket of sand to a bucket of cement. Similarly, they count and mix buckets of water.
