Fantastic guide, really very good, you have helped me so much, step by step and devotions covered and even included options for gear! Well done there are few guides so complete as yours.
Thanks for this videos, I've been looking around for guides on how to push SR because my builds are struggling to get past 55 and this is perfect. Easily the best grim dawn content please keep making them
Wieder gutes Video.Habe ein paar von Dir gesehen und mal nen Like und ein Abo da gelassen.Genau die Videos die ich brauche.Ausführlich und detailliertDanke und weiter so.Grüße
I tried a few other classes and always struggled. I used your guide and breezed through the entire game. Legendary is the easiest so far for some reason. My only weakness up until halfway through legendary was poison and aether resists but I got some backup gear with those resists when needed. GREAT guide! Thanks again!
No problem, thats why I made it, I felt annoyed seeing only the gameplay with a grimtools link every time. You can also check out the compendium: forums.crateentertainment.com/t/build-compendium-x-forgotten-gods/49673/26 Or just type in the search bar of the website what you are looking for, like: Warlock beginner build etc. Its the official forum of the game studio with a big community, so you can find a lot of useful information there.
Exactly what I wanted, a big barbarian with a two-handed sledgehammer. Just what I like. I'm probably going to use it as inspiration for my soldier who's going straight into Ultimate. (deepl translate)
@cheeser Your guide is well constructed and informative but I there's either something I'm missing or something you've not mentioned or something else? I have the entire build bar neck, medal and belt yet i end up in the mid 30K's for damage not the 175k showing on your screen. I cant work out how you end up with 140k more via 3 items that add a little more of a % increase per item but nothing like a 140k's worth ? So what am i missing here ?
Hi, nice build and explanation, im trying that too. Do you think it can work with a different devotion path like assassin+dryad+eel+hound+tower+scales+hammer+frog+ulzaad+kraken+ghoul+azrakaa?
I must have missed a part talking about what stats to raise first. Half into cunning first or half into physique, or just put 1 in cunning then 1 in physique?
Yea its great for a new player, the most important skills are all available early on. And its very tanky without any insane Item requirements. Which means you can get the build to work as it should pretty much once you have a 2 handed weapon and reached level 5.
what skill do you bind the assassin blade at? Doesn't it need to be in a skill like forcewave to get it to proc on enemies? or is it enough for it to be bind on to anything and it procs off of forcewave still while the dire bear is in forcewave?
Any Relic recommendations for leveling? I'm leveling this build right now and I've been using Rampage and switching to Zeal when I hit 50.. Already at 45 the dps and survivability is way better than my other 2 chars I leveled before... I thought my Opressor hit hard but was glass cannony... This warlord hits harder and is tanky too.
you can still do it after the update. Not that many things have changed that would alter this build significantly. And i have just tested the build recently, still cleared SR90 without a problem.
I have to argue with devotion some i think. I was able to get Turtle Assassin blade Empty throne Dire bear - this is great Scales of ulcama Ulzaads decree Stag Chariot of the dead Azrakaa eternal sands And finally Kraken A two handed build should really have kraken. I have also been looking at not finishing out azra eternal sands and switching stag to bull, but i dont currently have another offensive skill for bull and of course not max level yet
Well the big question is, can you go reliably SR90 with that? If i would be going for SR80 i wouldnt take certain devotions. But to push over 85 it starts to become all about Defense. You dont have light of empyrion, Bards Harp and no scythe. So you will be missing out on massive damage reduction and Defensive ability stat. So let me know if you can run SR90 with that, then I will try it out.
Im using it on the pet from the Deathstalker Relic, but you can easily use it on any other skill as well, for example the Guardian of Empyrion. And early game you can just put one point into Blitz or Blade Arc, so you have another skill that can trigger a Devotion and use the Assassin's Mark on that.
@@theCheeserChannel yeah I don't know what I was thinking.. I thought the assassins mark proc icon was something else and got confused lol, was a bit high not gonna lie, so I retract my previous statements 😅 do you happen to know if the celestial smith in forgotten gods can craft those sandreaver gloves? Only item I am missing from the build with my rotten luck..
why the seal of blades? we have no piercing dmg from anywhere, wouldn't seal of might be better? It gives physical + internal trauma + a whole bunch of resistances..
i dont get one thing i have same build little differences and i have 67 K dps and you 175 K ? The one wich i dont have its all 55 devotion points - for examole light of emypirion but anyway -- still its bug difference

How do you allocate your stats? How much Phy, Cunning and Spirit?
An entire build in under 13 minutes while being clear and concise. Awesome content!

thx for the guide! Just started the game, was great to find an actual guide and not juste some gameplay preview :)

I just started playing a week ago. this is the build!❤
How you apply attributes? Can’t find something in the video

Great video clear and precise tips, many thanks.

Bind forcewave on to your left click.. then it shows the dps value of your forcewave as it should since this uses forcewave as a left click attack..

Hey follow up comment which devotion would you recommend dropping to substitute for kraken?

Any inquisitor builds mixed with shaman or arcanist that are end end game meta ? Im new new lol
Great build video! Is this a good build for new players learning or should I look for something else?

Heh, I love my Death Knight Force Wave retaliation build. Like the video brother! Hopefully you will do more!

i watched mogdrogen and ravager fight this biuld. This build can do Callagrada, Lokar, Create of entertainment superbosses?
Thx. Really helpful video
Thanks!

This warlord hits harder and is tanky too.
Juggernaut all the way, Guile is great earlier on.
Wow, 20k hp 😮
As I didn't updated my grim dawn from last year, i could make this amazing build))
you can still do it after the update. Not that many things have changed that would alter this build significantly. And i have just tested the build recently, still cleared SR90 without a problem.
I have to argue with devotion some i think.
I was able to get
Turtle
Assassin blade
Empty throne
Dire bear - this is great
Scales of ulcama
Ulzaads decree
Stag
Chariot of the dead
Azrakaa eternal sands
And finally
Kraken
A two handed build should really have kraken. I have also been looking at not finishing out azra eternal sands and switching stag to bull, but i dont currently have another offensive skill for bull and of course not max level yet
Scales is also really helpful here with healing and reduce resistance and energy drain over the harp IMHO
I take back the bull thing.
Don't max out azrakaa eternal sands, drop stag and you can complete solem watcher

are there any builds for new players? hard to find if any
there is a whole compendium forums.crateentertainment.com/t/build-compendium-x-forgotten-gods/49673/26
how did u get all the devotions? I only have 47
Play other difficulty with same character to collect more devotions
@@Nacloschan thank you
Which skill do you assign assassin’s blade to?
Im using it on the pet from the Deathstalker Relic, but you can easily use it on any other skill as well, for example the Guardian of Empyrion. @@elitereptilian200 just tested it, deathstalker triggers assassins mark nearly instantly for me

Still one of the best builds out there, the balance between "melee" and "ranged" builds is perfected here.
how are you getting such a low cooldown on the forcewave skill. Sorry...I'm a noob
in the skilltree right next to forcewave skill is its mutator skillnode that removes the cooldown from it completely
what dmg is your main? physical?
yes Physical and Internal Trauma
why the seal of blades? we have no piercing dmg from anywhere, wouldn't seal of might be better? It gives physical + internal trauma + a whole bunch of resistances..
purely for health leech, since resistances are already overcaped and damage is high, i prefer going with leech. Buy you could do seal of might as well
great vid

i change the gloves and now its like you omg cant understand why 😂
Is Kraken a joke to you?
