What weight cardstock do you use? I can’t get mine to cut.

Hi Tammy, we have had results with 65-100 lbs cardstock. Are you cutting towards the plate? Also unfortunately each machines pressure can be slightly different. Let me know which one you are using.. and I can help further.. [e-mail]
