So one of my subscribers called me and told me that run a cloud kitchen in Noida and make lip smacking food. He was very confident. I agreed and finally reached them. The kitchen seems a bit old school however was clean. I ordered for their Chicken 65, Mutton Tehri, Malai Tikka, Rogan Josh and Chicken Lababdar. Everything that they prepare is almost from the scratch. The owner seemed pretty cordial and has live his life in Goa. The chef was comfortable with the camera and his recipes being shared. They deliver in all over Delhi Ncr (Free upto 7 Kms and rest as per actual). You may find them on swiggy and zomato as well. Delivery time is from 11:00 A.M to 11: 30 P.M. Food looked very tempting. As comments 2weeks ago, today i wanted to order from this place, but to my surprise, the prices mentioned above are only for the quarter portion and not for half, i checked for the gravy dishes of chicken and mutton and instead of half or 4 pieces, the same price is mentioned for quarter or 2 pieces on SWIGGY, I am literally shocked :(

But just to bring to your knowledge since I'm a professional chef in authentic chicken lababdar there goes no bell pepper also gravy is chunky orange red because of chop onion and tomatoes with prominent taste of kasoori methi this shown above was more of khurchan prep
Brother Since youre a chef, lababdaar ki recipe batado. I have watched numerous recipe videos on youtube and tried making the same at home but the taste is never same as that of the restaurant. Aisa kya dalta hai jo taste different hota hai?
Tehri rice has it's own flavour it's not like plane yellow rice...and usually it is eaten with raita or Tomato chutney ❤️
