I'm glad that you're educating people about this topic, it's very important to acknowledge that how this explicit content can ruin someone's mental health. I've seen people are suffering from mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD etc. It builds the unrealistic expectations for both men and women, develops body images issues and insecurity, fuels violence and infidelity, impacts relationships in real life, showing objectification of both men and women specially women and what not. People should actually stop watching such content it as soon as possible, masturbation isn't wrong but watching porn is.. I was once became addicted to it and developed OCD and still suffering from it. Let me tell you one thing, it's not for the people who are vulnerable to mental health issues but I also think that it affects almost everyone and ruin the way of thinking and mental health or even physical health (in males) so it's great if people become aware about it but I also think that govt should ban such websites completely.

@@sarthakpandey1998 First of all, you need to make sure that are you doing compulsions? Or does obsessive or intrusive thoughts gives you anxiety and to calm this anxiety, do you perform compulsions? OCD includes doing compulsions after obsessive thoughts and then the compulsions gives temporary relief and then after some time, a person again get triggers and thoughts and he/she starts doing compulsions like it's a never ending cycle until a person become aware about it and visit a therapist. Although, therapy is very expensive so not everyone can afford it but still they can try to treat it by themselves.. it's very hard and challenging but not impossible to get over ocd by ownself. So you need to identify your compulsions, triggers and obsessive thoughts first.
