Luka lifts up his pivot foot (left foot) as he’s making the pass, which is a travel.
You don't understand the concept of gathering. The first foot that touches the ground is considered your pivot foot. Luka's left foot touches the ground first after his stepback. The ball is dead, and he cannot dribble. He can only pivot off his left foot to survey the field. Moving your pivot foot before you release the ball is considered a travel. He throws the ball from behind off his right side, where he lifts his left foot off the ground to make the pass.

@@Yuan-lo3zz He was already in a pass motion and that "slide" of a foot added no stability to the pass. Have you play basketball? Not one referre would whisle that or there would be tens of calls per game, everywhere. That first pass was as clean as it can get.
