He’s only one of the 2 genshin content creators I watch nowadays , I can never get bored of kage regardless of how long/short the videos are which says a lot because I actually have a short attention span usually 😭

same with only watching 2 Genshin CC nowadays. At least on the western side of streamers. i still find a good amount of JP streamers, but they have very different mindset going to the game in the first place anyway, and actually the better way to see the game. I find only Jeikage and Rednasyo actually and genuinely still having fun in Genshin and makes videos of Genshin bcs of that fun. all other ppl just fall to the same cycle of "im having fun" to "this is infuriating" and complaining and ranting for 30 minutes before going back again to "im having fun". Navia has got to be one of the most down to earth characters in Genshin Impact along with Neuvillette. There’s so many layers to this Archon Quest it’s freaking insane but I love it.

Calling the Traveler a bad friend for not wanting to get involved in things that aren't any of their business is out of pocket. You're only saying that because Navia is a named character with a unique design and a soon to be playable character, if you replace Navia with a random NPC and give them her same backstory and everything, would people even care about it like they do now? If she was some NPC would people blame the Traveler less for not wanting to get involved yet again with something that is honestly a giant distraction from their own personal goals? Yeah people keep forgetting but the Traveler isn't just a brainless puppet for the player, they have their own thoughts, feelings and goals they are pursuing and they keep getting sidetracked with other people's problems getting in the way. (Not to mention this is the 5th Nation on their journey and it's the 5th time the locals have forced the Traveler to deal with their issues all the while the only reward the Traveler gets for all their troubles is the chance to ask their God a few questions with unsatisfying answers that only leads to more questions that they pray will finally be answered by the next God.)
By inuzuma, the traveler was fed up But sumeru was different The traveler had almost given up on thier sibling But got invested into nahida's predicament Fontaine reminds me of early sumeru The traveler is disconnected from so much and only gets involved if they know things are wrong The traveler is not a hero nor a vigilante They are a traveler who happen to do heroic things
The Traveler is without question a good person but just because they're a good person it doesn't mean they enjoy getting roped into situations that are honestly none of their business, sure if they get invested enough they'll do whatever they can to help but outside of that they have their own sh!t to do and people keep getting in the way. The same applies to their conflict with the Fatui, people who simp for the Harbingers have gotten upset with the Traveler for not trusting the Fatui when realistically speaking they have all the reason in the world for not trusting them. Considering how many times they've encountered Fatui doing bad things (do I even need to mention Liyue?), it's honestly no surprise they didn't trust Lynie and Lynette after the trial. People keep bringing up the Childe thing but not only did the Traveler never truly trust Childe (or any other Harbinger for that matter) but the Traveler has known Childe for long enough that they know how he operates, they don't necessarily trust him but they know him well enough that they can share a casual conversation. It's not limited to Childe either since the Traveler obviously doesn't trust Scara either but since they know that he listens to Nahida they know they can trust her at the very least to keep him in check. TL;DR: The Traveler has been through enough betrayals and deceptions that they don't trust people as easily as they used to, Teyvat is a beautiful place for sure but it's also a place that can wear you down mentally.

Everything else to her feels at best like a distraction and at worst an annoyance. She doesn’t want to deal with the local issues of each country but her goal to talk with all of the archons unfortunately entangles her in their problems. She doesn’t trust the Fatui because almost every interaction with them has been deceitful or just downright hostile. In short, the Traveller doesn’t get paid enough to deal with everyone’s BS, but ends up having to deal with it anyways, lol.
it's getting tiring seeing the Travelers getting clapped, falling unconscious, being generaly useless while Mihoyo advertises new characters for people to waste money on... it's understandable in Monstadt when they was still weak but it's been the same shit every region, Traveler always unconscious in important times like in every Region it happens at least once...

Plus… this was kinda debunked by what they said afterwards about the sea water enhancing their sensitivity to Hydro. Hilarious how Kage was sus on the guard but as soon as the actual culprit complimented *Lumine* he was like yo this guy is innocent. He was on track for a bit but being sus on Melus the whole time was crazy. Idk him being the culprit made the least sense to me. Perhaps because he was just too close? Besides he’d have no way of spiking her drink and all that.
The only strange thing is Paimon was unaffected by the more drug like effects of the primordial waters, which was diluted in the fonta. Given the knowledge that the traveller is likely some kind of god, the fact she was completely unaffected at least means godly beings are possibly unaffected by the primordial waters in general other than the heightened hydro sensitivity

She's definitely from Teyvat, yet something that don't affect the traveller affect her and vice versa, sometimes affecting them both or neither at all. It's all very weird. It's probably like that to make it very hard to nail down what she is exactly til the very end.

I'll be honest I try my best not to have my "dates" pay for everything Unlike Paimon, unless they either really want to, or if they want to just alternate to keep things "fair" or "Balanced" But I'll still try to pay for something along the way within a date because that only seems like the right thing to do in most cases. Albeit I did date to very wealthy individuals in the past whom I'm still on good terms with and they wouldn't hear of me paying for anything..which felt a bit odd or awkward at times..but whatever made them happy I guess?
