I felt like it was totally unorganized...
A lot of people said that because they were letting cars in with the bikes. Once I went in and parked my bike and walked around it was fine
I was under the assumption that the state of Tennessee was a Helmet state? Guess the police are turning their backs to the law.
Tennessee is a helmet state, but we were pretty much just strolling thru a parking lot, so there wasn’t a need for helmets
