For brolys awakened skill, does the energy card you use to place in your drop have to be active? Or could you drop an energy that’s already in rest mode?
If a skill doesn’t specify, then you can choose rest or active mode energy!

basically saying green is broken colour. It is everything of other colours and more. If one colour does everything then It is foolish to play other colour thus making this one colour game.
