It is pronounced as "ke se thelo". The "ai" in Greek is a diphthong, and is spelled like "e" as in "embassy".

Despina Vandi is a Greek goddess! She has the best selling single of all time in Greece “Ypofero” , she the only Greek artist who has award at Cannes for her sales with album “Geia” which sold more than 200.000 cd at the first 11 days since it’s released, which is enormous for greece! Also she is 54 and she is like that 🥵❤

Déspina Vandí. And because "d" in Greek is spelled "nt" wich sounds usually as "nd" or even as "d" in we use it in foreign words that were brought into Greek language.
Now ... "d" in Greek is like "th" as in the word "this".
So after all this her name should be pronounced Théspina Vanthí.
