- UPDATE:
We apologize for the misinformation, we used the incorrect front shock caps. When looking on Horizon Hobbies website under the Kraton 6s EXB, parts exploded view, there wasn’t a listing for shock caps. Someone from Horizon gave us the incorrect caps #AR330491. We asked why they looked different, they couldn’t tell us why. Looking in the owner’s manual, parts exploded view, we found the correct caps #ARA330812 (link below). Not sure why the manual is different from the online parts list, but either way we have the correct shock caps on the way.
Hey everyone, in this video we are fixing up our badly damaged Kraton 6s EXB! We took a very hard hit in its last bash causing 10 broken parts total. We broke an arm in half along with fracturing/splitting 2 other arms. We also bent a hinge pin, bent a shock cap, split a shock standoff in half, and nearly shattered our 5th drive cup, leaving it in terrible condition. Not to mention damage to the sway bar.
In this video we will be showing you guys how to install a full set of RPM arms and how to repair your shock cap and shock standoff for your Kraton. Down below will be links to every part used in this video.

Great video. Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
Man.. yall have had some bad luck with the Kraton don't let it discourage the Arrma brand from you. The new 3s/4s cars are fantastic and run with my maxx on the durability.
We’re hoping all the bugs and gremlins have been worked out. Would love to know why their hardware rusts so fast.
Great Vid! Are the rpm Arms not to flexible?
They are more flexible, and really absorb the hits.
Great video man! Traxxas has nothing on Arrma. Their 6S vehicles are absolute beasts!
One landing shattered the left side...better than Traxxas? not even a debate
Arrma has some real issues, and I would not saying they are better. Granted it took a big hit on the left front but breaking that many parts is an issue.
With all due respect to this channel, but I can't believe you didn't find a cover for the exb shock absorber. the code was very easy to find on the product page or in the manual... the original one is with emulsion and doesn't need that membrane and you put a cap with that oring from exb, that shock absorber will never work well, sorry, but this is wrong information and someone without experience will take it for granted...
We’ve updated the video notes, thanks for the information.
Oh you need to.
To say over priced is based on what? M2c, ram jam, scorched rc. Are not over priced please stop saying that. Educate yourself on what it actually takes to make these parts for us before jumping on the “They are over priced” wagon.
Keep making great content
What a nice was to be an ass! Aftermarket aluminum brands are over priced PERIOD. And if you need overpriced parts to stop your car from breaking your doing something wrong. Oh yeah great vid!!
There are many companies that make these parts for us, and majority are over priced because they know you’ll buy them. If you are going to be rude we will remove your comments.
@@redbanditracing Keep your trucks as stock as possible just my opinion your doing it right.
@@FLPatrick1095 Finally someone with sense!! Keep the truck stock until there are problems. Cant make one point stronger without creating a weak point.
