As a chef ( Retired ) I considered it my duty too visit farms from where my Beef derived, as well as lamb and pork , it was always an amazing experience, also visited Grouse moors too when game was in season , and also had a great relationship with my Butcher too , we talked for hours just about Beef cuts , it was a Chefy thing too do ! I’ve been on line and registered too your on line Bennett’s Butchers , I’m going too order one of your French Trimmed Rib of Beef 🥩 on special at the moment 😘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
