    This delicious cake is made from a delicate puff pastry that has a crispy texture. The filling made from freshly squeezed oranges gives the cake a fruity freshness and a pleasant sweetness.     2 pieces / 400 gr puff pastry
    3 pieces orange
    130g sugar
    25g starch
    500 g cream cheese
    80g powdered sugar
    200 ml cream 33%
