Green chilli _ 3

Red chilli powder _ 1 tsp
Turmeric powder _ 1 tsp
Coriander powder _ 1 tsp
Cumin seeds _ 1/2 tsp
Kasuri maithi _ 1 tsp
Salt _ 1 tsp
Desi ghee _ 2 Tbsp
Asafetida _ 1/4 tsp (हींग )
Water _ 3 cup ( According to taste )
