I found this a very useful video as I just was diagnosed with a T12 wedge fracture and the subjects you discussed were exactly those my doctor discussed with me eg DEXA scan, physio, and kyphoplasty. One of the things you clarified for me was my decrease in hunger and why my abdomen suddenly was distended. I noticed these two issues but didnt realise they were relatèd to the fracture. It occurred to me that the life expectancy charts you showed about survival rates over time were somewhat distorted by the fact that many patients in those surveys were in their late 70s or 80s which themselves means their long term survival rates were to some level age related though I'm not questioning the relative advantages of certain procedures. Thank you for the clarity of your explanations
