    Taunting the other team?! Please!
This is perfectly normal for any other sport, because of all the emotion that you're experiencing and cuz' you're so pumped up on adrenalin and rivalry. These kind of behaviors rarely has anything to do with players personality. But I guess since this is a sport for fat thirteen years old Chines kids with social life problems you really shouldn't "taunt" them like these.
I was playing CS and other sports in tournaments, and I don't see anything inappropriate in his behavior, even though I experienced similar "taunting" myself. If you only have healthy approach to sportsmanship than you are always capable to understand such behavior and you know, that this is only a way of letting off some steam.

I wonder what Taz says at 20:00. Unsportsmanlike conduct?

Has to be a sport for it to be unsportsmanlike.

They are using 3 actually, Earbuds, and headphones that block out atleast all voices, and a third one around their neck so they can talk and hear eachothers.

your all actually wrong. They are using in ear phones as their one and only source of sound, then the ones over their ears are not headphones ata ll, they are just sound blockers to block out any noise even further, and around their necks are headphones but only the mic is used for their TS comms.

***** Correct me if I'm wrong, but the commentators' voices are broadcast in the venue, right? If so, the players have to block out that sound; otherwise they'd be able to tell what the other team is doing by listening to the play-by-play?
