It covers all practical and natural routine that one knows but does not do:- waking up early, disciplined work, time based and distraction free trainings (highlight being pomodoro technique), having a defined and documented task list for the day, physical fitness and fun. Taking away a lot from the session, Thank you and best wishes for you to become World No 1.

Your schedule looks simple because you showed it in simple way, but in reality it's actually bit stressful. You try your best to maintain good health and keep improving your performance. It's inspiring how you train yourself with so much dedication. To me, this vlog feels like continuation of your previous vlog - the one in which you showed your chess books. The passion with which you explained each book clearly showed that you wholeheartedly like playing chess. You already sincerely studied from so many great chess books and learned from your training sessions and tournament experiences. That's why, "now you do nothing !" sounds quite like an obvious fact. 😛😁 As you mentioned in the description, not all days are the same, but this vlog gave good idea about how you train yourself as a responsible chess player.
