I think Dean & Castiel (or even Jensen & Misha)are perfect pair because they are both so different but at the same time can naturally switch roles...:)
Dean top & Cas bottom: Dean is a tough guy with bigger build while Cas is a gentle guy. Also Dean is usually the one to initiate sexual activities with female characters while Cas is usually taken advantage of by the female characters (e.g. the reaper in S9) because of his pureness, which leads me to the idea of Dean taking advantage of Cas in a dirty way...
