@@BeauJohnson1 - It's not all that difficult :) First, regardless of what Zoom claim, NDI doesn't work. It does with Skype, but last I looked at Skype, they were watermarking the NDI output. Okie, what worked for me, was different to the Zoom guide on the vMix site. In Zoom, I selected the vMix output as the camera/source for Zoom - you won't see anything but Bars in the Zoom setting preview until the output is turned on in vMix. I used the Virtual Cable software to get the audio from vMix to Zoom. And to go the other way, I used the Desktop Capture part of vMix, to capture/input the Zoom video output and used that as I would any other input. Then in Zoom I set it so that when hosting a meeting, only I can change which person is appearing on everyone elses screen. That way I can select a guest as input in zoom, route through to vMix, overlay graphics and sounds etc, which is then seen on everyone elses screen in the meeting. Note - the vMix Destop Capture quality is affected by the size of the window and the screen resolution, so is best done on a second screen at full screen size. In vMix you'll need to reframe the desktop capture in the input settings.
I am using vMix in a church. How do I deal with Video Call audio? I have microphone/organ feeding into a mixer and into the amplifier. Audio is pulled from the mixer monitor and into the computer via a Presonus audio processer. Audio generated from vMix such as Video Call or audio files are not feed back to the amplifier so the in-house congregation can not hear these sounds. Won't feeding audio from the computer's audio output back to the mixer give feedback? This is not discussed. Thanks for you help.
Thanks for the video. With 4k becoming more of a standard and more availability of 4k cameras, can we expect vMix call to eventually handle Full HD or even UHD/4k sources from callers?
4K is very network intensive. Most CDN’s tend to limit resolution to 720p in order to load balance. That is good for most scenarios. Perhaps 1080p 60 at a push, but 4K is overkill for most use cases.

Are we able bring the guest input back with the same login? For instance, their input froze and we want to close out the input and bring it back in (like a reset) or all the sudden someone is added to the meeting and they already have a VMix link...can we, on the VMix end, bring them back in by re-opening an input, or do we have to generate a new VMix input all over again and have the guest(s) call in again with the new link/PW? To clarify, I was dealing with terrible internet while broadcasting a sporting event. We had remote commentators. Their input would freeze and I would see a still frame of their image. One guy would come back and un-freeze, while the other stayed frozen (they were in the same room, as two separate callers). Ideally, you would be tempted to close them out and bring them back in (like you might do with a camera input that maybe needs to be rebooted). However, I didn't see that option anywhere - it seemed I would have to generate new link each time. This means sending them a new link every time this happens, which is cumbersome for multiple guests. Any ideas? Thanks for these tutorials - really helpful.

For a TH-cam video? You can enter the URL via the Add Input> Web Browser option.
WHAT??? At 3:26 on this video, Tim states that vMix will automatically attempt to send the highest quality video from your guest with the highest quality of 720p. Is this true? I can't get the video quality from my guests using vMix Call at 1080?
Yes, web browser based connections max out at 720p. You can connect vMix to vMix at 1080p
@@vMixhd How can I get 1080p quality by having callers use Skype, Teams, Zoom into vMix?

You could try advanced.vmixcall.com
@@vMixhd is this a new thing/feature or has this been around and I just haven’t noticed it?
@@Urbanmediashowcase We've been testing it out for a little while. It won't offer the same functionality as a dedicated video conferencing platform, but you can use it to share screens.
@@vMixhd thank you for responding and all the hard work you guys do to make Vmix awesome.

What if I want more than 8 callers?
If you're looking for more than 8 HD callers for a video production, you'd need to look at video conferencing software like Zoom.
How come I can’t hear the person I conferenced in
If you're seeing the audio bars moving next to their input, then you'll need to make sure that you've clicked their audio button so it's green. Feel free to drop us an email with some information- www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspx

How do you add a remote guest to a virtual studio?
The same method as adding a camera or any other input to a Virtual set. Just select the layer and then select the Call Input from the drop-down menu.
How does my caller choose which mic to use on the call? I did a test run and it defaulted to her webcam mic when she has an audio interface. Anything I'm missing here?
When in browsers such as Chrome, you can select the audio source. It should provide the option to use any audio source the browser will accept. You can enter this into the address bar to try and change it - chrome://settings/content/microphone
