Wow what a dish. Absolutely delicious. Followed it step by step. The process with the aubergines took me alittle longer than expected but that's because I was wanting to make sure I got it right. The taste was amazing. Thankyou so much for this recipe. Everyone loved it. All your recipes have been a massive hit in my house. To be honest I don't cook the way I used to anymore. I only use your recipes and each dish lasts 2 days. Your recipes are brilliant because literally all the spices I already have in the cupboards so it's just a matter of getting meat/chicken that's it. Keep those recipes coming. I'm thinking kofta today. If you haven't already can you do mulli paratha or keema paratha. I'm having a look through your videos now in case I missed it. Lots of love and once again, always appreciate the time you take to go through your step by step process so thoroughly. It's what makes you simply amazing. Keel going don't stop x

I've been looking about what to do with the eggplant slices. Thank you for explaining the rinsing step! I thought I had to just cook them right away! The dish looks delicious btw. I'm currently planning to cook this tonight!
My potatoes never cook I always par boil them first. Also as I previously followed another recipe I noticed cloves go well with the mince. I've never added egg to the bechamel sauce so will definitely try that. Great recipe by the way thanks. Everyone has their own twist on things which is great.
@nylas100 I don t use egg in my bechamel sauce sitger, and I also find that witha dash of cinnamon powder and also clove In the mince, and a dash of nutmeg jnto the bcehamel, it goes perfectly with moussaka

@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes I did and it was very tasty. I had to freeze two portions, so they are in the freezer for another day. I made your Lamb curry on Tuesday but I like to leave it in my Dutch oven overnight. I actually added some saag because I had a few frozen blocks to use up. I didn't make my own roti, I bought them from the supermarket. They have methi and chilli in them. Very tasty. 🙏🏼👍❤️

I am making this today I've made white sauce,mince lamb just asking here is there no oil in the mince because the aubergine will have it? There wasn't oil in the mince was there?
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Hello there. Sorry for extremely late response. I just thought by the resolution you may have changed cameras. Especially at minute 11-13 when you are layering the dish. I think it's just probably the lighting to be honest. Nothing bad just different.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes omg it was delish but my layers didnt seem to stay like urs. Mine turned to mush on the plate but no1 complained. I only made with half kg mince and its finished alhamdulilah
Its kinda like a lasagna. But I’m sure this would taste better. I’ve been cooking more medi style, more middle eastern, and boy there is definitely a diff between American and other places. I feel like America and England have some pretty a bland food compared to other places.

I forgot to put salt on the aubergines
Will that make a huge difference?
It may take a little longer to cook as they'll be moisture in the aubergines which the salt draws out. Other than that no.
