My E2 cam software doesn’t have some of the features you have which is unfortunate for what I paid for the camera….
It would be so much easier if i could just tap the download button and have the video/pic go straight to my iPhone photo library….but it does not do that. I have to download and then sync…which is a 2 step process I don’t think should be necessary.

Great video, the best I’ve seen so far. Could you explain how to hook up to WIFI on iPhone. I have trouble connecting to my cell i phone. I was in a small accident and i had to take the SD card out and put it in my computer and I used my cell phone to record off my computer screen. When you save it to your dash cam, you have to be close to your dash cam to play it back. But I see maybe how to sync it to my iPhone. I hold the M menu button to get the dash cam WIFi signal up, then on my cell I select X4S to connect. Any easier way. I have also an E2 Vantrue dash cam, which is easier to hook to the WIFi automatically. I’m 76 years old and not to familiar with all these things. Thank You

I sure wish you didn't skip the voice activation. I can't get mine to activate. Did you? If so, what steps did you do?

​@tracieann77th support is always a full day to answer, but after 3 days of interaction, you'll need to manually upgrade to the latest firmware from their site. So much for OTA. That will resolve your activation issue. That update will put everything back to default settings too.

I have the N5 and an Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, not matter what I do, I cannot get the dash cam to connect to the app. I have repeatedly done exactly what you are showing, it will not connect. It tells me to go into my settings under privacy, Local network, and allow that. But it already is allowed, I’ve toggled off and back on, I’ve restarted the dash cam, I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, literally nothing works. Customer service doesn’t take phone calls, I emailed them and I’m awaiting a call back but god only knows when that will come and if I’m capable of answering it when they do. I don’t get what the issue is. The cameras work perfectly otherwise as far as I can tell.

Let me know what you find out. I have the N4 pro and an iPhone 14 Pro Max and I can’t get anything to connect through settings it won’t even pop up on my WiFi as a connection

Try formatting the SD card and do factory reset. Hopefully that corrects the issue v
