I wish all factory/large scale farms could be this compassionate to their animals in both life and death. Idk if the video was just strategically shot to only show the "good stuff" or not but all those birds looked pretty happy/and healthy from where I’m sitting. I was especially impressed with the insemination process and the care they took to keep the bird safe and comfortable. Great job.

Hello . I've been raising turkeys for a year . I think there's something wrong with them . They walk , then sit suddenly . They can't stand . Have you ever had these problems ? If so , how to treat this disease ? I'm looking forward to your answer . Thank you !

Are they female? If yes it's normal sign that they are ready to mate with the males

      Experienced same issue.
Like if it sees a man/boy, it would walk sit near his feet, but it never to a woman. I understood it after 2days that may be its in need of male turkey

People watch too much tv .... efficency and animals health/ wellness are the same things...breeding like this is just normality...we are consumer of our breeding products at lunch...think at that when you have doubts....bye from Italy ❤️

Thats not fair! Don’t artificially inseminate these birds! Let the toms impregnate them.

Broad breasted turkeys can't mate naturally

They are to big to do that. Both the hens and the toms. Think of it as (mission impossible) Blame it on people that think they have to have the fattest holiday bird. Heritage birds can still take care of their own business. The toms are even fatter than the hens.

These turkeys 🦃 are not healthy enough
They are stressed and also their feathers aren't good in shape
They have no natural sun ⛅ light and well ventilation 😫😫😫
