Surprisingly the longest coaster in the world that inverts is a Disney coaster, it’s California screamin’/incredicoaster

Wow that was very interesting but I do wish that you kept the endings of your videos the same way as you did before when you allowed us to see the whole Circuit of the roller coaster

Great video! Sounds like a fun coaster but hard for an enthusiast to get to because only the big island of Japan is that populated really.

"Jupiter"'s length is somewhere in between 1,599 metres long and 1,600 M long. Many people think 1,600M is a mile, but but a mile is actually 1,609 M. Diamondback at KI is closest to having a complete track length of a mile, being 5,282' long; merely 2' over a mile. But Jupiter is the world's longest roller coaster UNDER one mile in length, by only 9 or 10 Meters, (or 32') 😉 Thanks for posting!

Ya know I got a ton of killer coaster credits and if you guys haven’t ridden a gci woodie you’re in for a treat because they twist n turn like steel but it’s old skool wood and they rip though their layouts like a furious animal if a ride on the voyage doesn’t take your breath away no steal coaster will either , the voyage , ravine flyer 2 are probably the best wooden ones you’ll ever have the pleasure of riding

I loooove Jupiter but it was one train ops so I had to wait an hour

I rode this 3 times before, and let me tell you, the operations are VERY slow and those "airtime hills" deliver little to no airtime lol
Still a cool ride tho, if they retrack it soon, itll probably be in the top 5 of everyone's list

I’ve always thought Jupiter should be RMC’d but after hearing this was Summer’s last coaster before his passing, then nevermind RMC this coaster should be preserved!

Yep! Even the steel coasters have to withstand earthquake & tsunami. Steel Dragon was at one time the most expensive coaster to build because of that. California is another expensive place to build. The props in Splash Mountain are concrete also it's a damp environment. It's a flip. Used to be wayyyyyy more woodies than steelies.

Regina at Tobu Zoo just reopened with GCI giving it a retracking. I’ve ridden that woodie as well as Nagashima Spaland’s White Cyclone (which is now an RMC conversion) both a little on the rough side, but not unbearable, and got some airtime on both rides. The later is one of the most beautiful woodies I’ve seen.
I didn’t get to go that far down Japan to ride Jupiter. Maybe if I ever return to Japan, which I may someday, since it’s a beautiful country with a rich and fascinating culture.

Fun fact: this coaster makes a brief appearance in the Kaiju film Godzilla vs SpaceGodzilla

I wonder if Intamin would revisit the Prefab track for retracking purposes so Jupiter could have a steeper drop, smoother turns, and maybe redo the second half so it doesn’t valley

I am gonna go to that park in June, hope it operates when I am there

    It needs to be retracked.

It needs to be the Beast at Kings Island. Then it would be retracked AND #1 not #5

I'm old school but I find woodies far more exhilarating. Gigas bore me.

Altoona Iowa has two wood coasters at Adventureland. The Tornado which when built held a couple records. It's been an anchor ride since the park opened. And The Outlaw which is not as impressive and rides rough but worth the ride regardless. The park has 3 metal coasters as well.

Really hoping Jupiter stays around for the foreseeable future. Would love to get to ride this Summers and Intamin wooden coaster. Hopefully more woodies get built. A world without them would be very sad

Thanks for another video. When you talk about hight and length on coasters you say it in Feet. But i live in Sweden, so we have the metric system. It could be nice that you can say hight and lengh in meters as well in future videos. Thanks.

I'd say 150 feet is actually pretty tall for a woodie

Correct Me If I'm Wrong But I Think That Jupiter Has The World's Longest Pre-lift , Because The Lift Is Quite A Distance Away When Exiting The Station. Again Feel Free To Correct Me But I Don't Think I've Seen A Coaster With A Longer Pre-lift Than Jupiter.

Even though RMCs are awesome and wooden coasters get old, we should keep them because less than 200’is very low, and wooden coasters are history.
